With DHL’s highest audit rating now secured, Wayzim is set to launch a strategic collaboration with one of the world’s leading logistics providers.
The story began when DHL initiated a supplier qualification process, looking for reliable, capable partners in Asia to support its expanding operations. With an extensive global network and a commitment to operational excellence and sustainability, DHL has set high standards for its suppliers. Wayzim, known for its cutting-edge logistics automation solutions, quickly emerged as a compelling candidate.
From the outset, both sides found common ground in their shared values: flexibility in customisation, high manufacturing standards, and a drive for smarter logistics. The audit centred on Wayzim’s state-of-the-art manufacturing base in Nanling, Anhui, China—a facility that spans 781 mu (~52 hectares), with 238,000 square meters of advanced steel-structured production space. Equipped with over 450 sets of modern manufacturing machinery, the site serves as a full-process intelligent manufacturing centre. From core components like motorised rollers, motors, and gear reducers to complete systems for airport logistics, parcel sorting, and smart warehousing, every phase of production—from machining and surface treatment to assembly and testing—happens in-house.
