Pallet Type Four way Shuttle
The four-way shuttle car is an intelligent track-guided automatic reversing and track changing material handling equipment. Supercapacitors are mostly used as the main power supply system, with lithium batteries as the backup power source. The lithium battery backup power source can meet the power supply demand for 2 to 4 hours.
It can freely travel in all four directions of the shelves and can also be changed between layers through the elevator. Pass through the alleyways to reach any storage location in the warehouse, adapting to warehouse buildings of various shapes. Multi-device coordinated operation can be arranged for multiple shuttle vehicles to work in coordination.
The system intelligently dispatches and presets the optimal route. The overall operation efficiency is high, which can effectively shorten the time for goods to enter and exit the warehouse and improve the circulation speed of warehousing and logistics.
